Kirley is a full service stove company. We want to ensure the stove you buy is best suited for you and your home. When you come in to our showroom, a stove expert will meet with you to discuss what you are looking to achieve. Our experts will match you up with the best stove to heat your home and provide you with an excellent alternate heating option.
A stove expert can come to your home for an assessment. Locations can be discussed and measurements taken. Kirley can be with you through the purchase and installation process. Kirley will be there to assist with future questions and service needs.
Installations
When your stove is ready for installation, our service experts can come out and install your freestanding or insert stove. They will take the time to start it up for you and instruct you on it's operations.
Pellet Stove Installation Rates
Fireplace Inserts including up to 25 feet of liner: $975
Fireplace Inserts including 25 or more feet of liner: $1200
Free standing stove piped out through the wall: $900
Free standing stove piped out through a concrete wall: $1,200

Servicing your Stove
Kirley's team of experts are also available to service your stove when it may be in need of repair or cleaning. Kirley is a Harman authorized dealer. Kirley uses only genuine Harman parts often covered under your Harman warranty. Kirley technicians are Harman-trained and continually educated on servicing Harman stoves.
Kirley recommends cleaning your stove regularly for optimal efficiency. You may do this yourself or have us do this for you.
In order to maintain top efficiency it is important to clean and vacuum the inside of the stove 3 or 4 times per burn season or once per ton of pellets burned - you will know you have burned a ton of pellets when the ash pan is full. The stove is designed to be very easy to clean, it should take about an hour to an hour and a half to do a good job.
A thorough cleaning is required at the end of each heating season. Keep in mind that cleaning both your insert and venting system is essential. Cleaning boosts heat output and keeps the stove running at maximum efficiency.
Your stove must be completely cooled prior to being serviced. Please shut your stove down a minimum of 3 hours before your scheduled service time. An additional waiting fee or re-visit fee of $95/hour will be charged if the stove can not be worked on at your scheduled time.
Rates for Service with a Warranty
For customers that purchased their Harman stove from Kirley Masonry, there is no fee for warranty-covered service if you are located within 15 miles of Kirley. For customers located beyond the 15 mile zone, a $50 travel fee will be due at time of service.
Any customer requesting service who purchased their Harman stove from another dealer, a $95 hourly fee for the first hour of labor plus $95 per 1/4 hour increments thereafter will be required at time of service.
Rates for Service without a Warranty
There is a fee of $150 for the first hour of labor. A rate of $95 per 1/4 hour increments thereafter. Parts are additional.
Rates for Stove Cleanings
Pellet inserts: $190 for the first 2 hours, $95 per 1/4 hour increments thereafter.
Free Standing: $175 for the first 2 hours, $95 per 1/4 hour increments thereafter.
